Once a business reaches its maximum level, you can sell it from the business pop-up. The price is based on a fixed base selling price for that business, with a small ±20% randomization applied each time you check.

Selling is helpful when you want to start a more profitable business, free up a plot for a Live Event, or rebalance your board. The offer no longer changes based on how many times you have viewed it.
